Returns, Refunds and Cancellation:

  • The Marketplace allows any users who have purchased a product on the Marketplace to return it or seek a replacement after it has been delivered if there is a problem with the product then in that case you can return the non-consumable products only with the period of 5-7 working days. If you no longer require the item, purchased it by mistake, or have changed your mind. We will not be able to accept return requests for such circumstances after delivery.
  • If your product is accepted for return or replacement, please retain it in its original packaging. Furthermore, the merchandise must be unused and unwashed, with all tags attached.
  •  Some goods may not be returnable and will be labelled “Non-returnable” on the product description page.
  •  We make every effort to avoid repeating the same problem and to enhance our services. As a consequence, we send feedback to the merchants that supply the items. In order for us to accomplish this, at the time of delivery if you find the product is damaged, packaging is opened or product is rotten, funguses or having another problem then you can return the same product at the time of delivery.
  • If you received damaged or not working Electronics or Cookware product, you may seek a refund/replacement within 5 to 7 working days of delivery. This request will be accepted only if the original tags and packaging are still present. It is also suggested that before accepting an order, the user check to see if the product seal is intact (i.e., not damaged) in order to avoid any damage-related complaints after delivery.
  •  It is further noted that for electronic and cookware items, no refunds will be permitted after 5 to 7 working days of delivery, and the user should contact the Brand/Manufacturer with the original invoice provided by KeoMart .
  •  A couple of the goods featured may or may not come with a seller warranty. KeoMart will provide a simple return policy for these.
  •  Any refunds will be processed at the same issuing bank as the Product was bought. For cash on delivery transactions, the User can choose to get the return from KeoMart by NEFT, RTGS or by proving bank details.
  •  All reimbursements must be made in Indian Rupees.

Cancellation of an Order

  • As a user, you have the option to cancel an order before it reaches the “billed” stage.
  • Orders may be cancelled by the Company in any of the following circumstances: If it is suspected that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent transaction, or
  • If it is suspected that a customer has engaged in a transaction that does not conform to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement, or
  • In case of product(s) unavailability, or
  • For any reason outside the Company’s control, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties. Within 72 hours of such cancellations, the Company will initiate a refund, if any, made by you under the relevant order.

Furthermore, while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product specifications, the details of a product as reflected on the Marketplace may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect product information provided to the Company by third-party sellers, and in such an event, you will be notified as soon as the Company becomes aware of the error. In this case, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a credit/coupon for the amount of the returned product. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for Marketplace transactions.
We keep a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-compliant users and reserve the right to deny such users access at any time or cancel any future orders placed by them.
